چکیده
We investigate ideal and non-ideal continuous-variable quantum teleportation protocols realized by using an entangled displaced Fock state resource. The characteristic function formulation is applied to measure the relative performance of for teleporting squeezed coherent states. It found that such single-mode input fields, average fidelity remains at classical threshold, suggesting states are not advantageous teleportation. also discuss major decoherence effects, caused inaccuracy in Bell measurements photon losses propagation optical fields via fibre channels. changes described adjusting gain factor ($g$), reflectivity ($R$), mode damping ($\tau$), number thermal photons ($n_\mathrm{th}$). possibility successful can be optimized fixing these realistic parameters.

Teleportation using continuous variable quantum cloning machine
We show that an unknown quantum state in phase space can be teleported via three-mode entanglement generated by continuous variable quantum cloning machine (transformation). Further, proceeding with our teleportation protocol we are able to improve the fidelity of teleportation obtained by Loock et.al. [Phys.Rev.Lett. 84, 3482(2000)]. Also we study here the entanglement between the two output c...
متن کاملInformation losses in continuous-variable quantum teleportation
Quantum teleportation allows the transmission of an unknown quantum state by combining the nonlocal quantum coherence of entangled states with the transmission of classical information obtained in a joint measurement of the unknown input state and one part of the entangled pair @1#. Ideally, the classical information transmitted contains no information about the input state, and the output stat...
متن کاملCriteria for Continuous-Variable Quantum Teleportation
We derive an experimentally testable criterion for the teleportation of quantum states of continuous variables. This criterion is especially relevant to the recent experiment of Furusawa et al. [Science 282, 706 (1998)] where an input-output fidelity of 0.58 ± 0.02 was achieved for optical coherent states. Our derivation demonstrates that fidelities greater than 1/2 could not have been achieved...
متن کاملDefending continuous variable teleportation: Why a laser is a clock, not a quantum channel
It has been argued [T. Rudolph and B.C. Sanders, Phys. Rev. Lett. 87, 077903 (2001)] that continuous-variable quantum teleportation at optical frequencies has not been achieved because the source used (a laser) was not ‘truly coherent’. Van Enk, and Fuchs [Phys. Rev. Lett, 88, 027902 (2002)], while arguing against Rudolph and Sanders, also accept that an ‘absolute phase’ is achievable, even if ...
متن کاملQuantum channel of continuous variable teleportation and nonclassicality of quantum states
Noisy teleportation of nonclassical quantum states via a two-mode squeezed-vacuum state is studied with the completely positive map and the GlauberSudarshan P -function. Using the nonclassical depth as a measure of transmission performance, we compare the teleportation scheme with the direct transmission through a noisy channel. The noise model is based on the coupling to the vacuum field. It i...
